Transformation: The clients' goal was to transform a one-story bungalow into a two-story home with modern living spaces and amenities.
The project increased the size of the home by 2000 square feet to a total of 3300 square feet of living space on three levels. In addition to renovating the interior, the project reshaped the overall form of the home.
A second story was added. To connect the new second floor to the original spaces, a tower was built at one end to house a new formal entrance and a staircase. The foundation was also extended. Read more.
