Revival: The role of Caledonia Bay Builders in this project was to bring to life an interior designer's vision for a neglected Seattle home.
The home was built 50 years ago and had the clean lines and horizontal bearing that characterized mid-century modernism. The house had a wonderful location, as well, adjacent to the Seattle Yacht Club and a waterfront park. However, the home's interior spaces were under developed, and fixtures and finishes were worn and dated. Enter the designer and Caledonia Bay Builders.
